Anxiety: nine useful actions

Too often people fear anxiety when the real danger is unconscious anxiety.

Some signs of its presence: disturbed sleep, difficulty digesting, irritable bowel, apnea, headache, lack of energy.

If we recognize these symptoms, here are some actions we can take:

We keep a diary

Let's be careful not to be too harsh on ourselves and on others

Let's take care of nutrition

Let's not bite the bullet and say things straight

Let's notice when we go into apnea and start breathing again

We unload toxins through sport

We don't promise ourselves and others things we won't do

We don't make excuses. Let's tell it like it is

We admit our mistakes, experimenting with new actions to take on the next occasion
