“LockMind” is a book that was created to help those who suffer to free themselves from the chains of the mind to awaken our light in moments of darkness.

I have been working for 22 years in international companies, in professional sport and in the social field to meet my passion: helping people to listen to each other fully to enhance their talent and skills in order to feel responsible for their own journey.

This book was created to be short and go straight to the heart of samurai approach, placing oneself at the service of those in real need.

THE AUTHOR

Dr. Giovanni Tavaglione, international coach, founder of the Inner Rainbow Academy, has been helping companies, international companies, entrepreneurs and professional athletes for 22 years to integrate numerical results and psychophysical well-being through tailor-made consultancy, personalized training, coaching, counseling and ad hoc mentoring. He is a partner of Team Petrosyan and in particular supports the world champion Giorgio Petrosyan for the mental preparation for the matches.
