Since I was a child I had the dream of reading people’s minds and hearts to help them give value to their talent.<\/strong> As a child I said:<\/p>

“How wonderful it would be to have a radar to grasp the needs of others in advance so that we can promptly help them follow their truest path to the end.”<\/em><\/p>

Through consulting<\/strong> and training<\/strong> I provide the psychophysical support of entrepreneurs, professional athletes, managers, doctors, personalities from the entertainment world and all people who need to face challenges delicate, high pressure to combine economic, sporting and social results with psychophysical well-being in the only constant of life: the change.<\/p>

Recognizing and developing people’s potential, bringing out their skills by facilitating the transition along the Saying-Doing bridge:<\/strong> this is what my job consists of. I encourage the assumption of responsibility and help people to observe themselves from the outside, to listen to themselves and to evaluate the effects of their choices and non-choices.<\/p>

I had the opportunity to grow up with a wonderful grandfather! Thanks to him I understood that giving a hand to those around us helps us to deal with the hard blows that life often inflicts on us with greater serenity.<\/p>

It is with him that I learned the true meaning of the word samurai<\/strong>: to put yourself at the service of others.<\/p>

One of my biggest lifesavers has always been sport, which supports me even when I feel like I can’t do it. I live the passion of martial arts<\/strong> where discipline becomes like oil in the engine of motivation. I became a kickboxing coach<\/strong> working alongside the martial legend Giorgio Petrosyan, of whom I am the mental coach.<\/p>
